REGULAMIN / REGULATIONS

Gość dokonujący rezerwacji apartamentu, jednocześnie akceptuje niniejszy regulamin, który jest integralną częścią umowy wynajmu apartamentu.

Guest booking the apartment, at the same time accept these regulations

Godziny zameldowania i wymeldowania, opłaty za pobyt /
Check-in and check-out times.

Doba hotelowa zaczyna się o godzinie 15.00 w dniu przyjazdu i kończy się o godzinie 11.00 w dniu wyjazdu. Życzenie przedłużenia pobytu Gość powinien zgłosić właścicielowi Apartamentu w dniu poprzedzającym koniec terminu najmu. Zabronione jest przebywanie w apartamencie osób niezameldowanych.
The check-in starts at 15.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11.00 on the day of departure. Wish to extend the stay, the Guest should report to the reception on the day preceding the end of the rental period. It is forbidden for unregistered persons to stay in the apartment.

KLUCZE / KEYS

Klucz do apartamentu dostarcza właściciel Apartamentu.
Goście zobowiązani są przechowywać klucz do apartamentu z należytą starannością. W przypadku jego utraty, Goście zostaną obciążeni kosztami wymiany dwóch wkładek zamka w wysokości 200 zł.

The key to the apartment is provided by the apartment owner.Guests are required to keep the apartment key with due care. In the event of its loss, Guests will be charged with the cost of replacing two lock inserts in the amount of PLN 200.

CISZA NOCNA / CURFEW

Goście PApR są zobligowani do zachowania ciszy nocnej w godzinach 22.00-6.00.

Positive Apartment Guests are required to remain quiet between 10.00 PM – 6.00AM.

PALENIE TYTONIU / SMOKING

W Pozytywnym Apartamencie przy Rynku obowiązuje całkowity ZAKAZ PALENIA tytoniu i papierosów elektronicznych. Obiekt jest wyposażony w czujniki dymu. Goście, którzy nie zastosują się do zakazu, zostaną obciążeni grzywną w wysokości 500 zł. (Zgodnie z Ustawą Dz.U. z 1996 r N 10 poz.55).

There is NO SMOKING in the Positive Apartment przy Rynku. The facility is equipped with smoke detectors. Guests who fail to comply with the ban will be charged a fine of PLN 500 (In accordance with the Act of Laws of 1996 N 10 item 55).

ZWIERZĘTA / PETS

Pobyt zwierząt jest dozwolony tylko za wcześniejszą zgodą właściciela.

Pets are allowed only with the prior consent of the owner.

ŚMIETNIK / TRASH

Śmietnik znajduje się po lewej stronie od wyjścia z Kamienicy. Za śmietnikiem są pojemniki do segregacji śmieci.

The garbage can is on the left side of the tenement house exit. Behind the garbage can there are waste segregation bins.

USTERKI / FAULT

O wszelkich usterkach powstałych w apartamencie w czasie pobytu, Gość powinien niezwłocznie poinformować właściciela. Za usterki powstałe z winy Gościa będzie pobierana
adekwatna rekompensata pieniężna.

About any defects that arose in the apartment during the stay, the guest should inform the owner immediately. It will be charged for faults caused by the action of the Guest adequate monetary compensation.

ORGANIZOWANIE IMPREZ / PARTY ORGANISING

Goście zobowiązują się wykorzystywać Apartament jedynie do celów mieszkalnych – zabrania się organizowania imprez w Apartamencie.

Guests undertake to use the Apartment only for residential purposes – it is forbidden to organize events in the Apartment.

Naruszanie zasad / Policy violations

Pozytywny Apartament przy Rynku może odmówić dalszego świadczenia usług.Gościom naruszającym zasady regulaminu, a także żądać natychmiastowego opuszczenia Apartamentu po 3 upomnieniu Gościa bez zwrotu opłaty uiszczonej za pobyt.

Positive Apartament przy Rynku may refuse to continue providing services to Guests who violate the rules of the regulations, as well as request immediate departure from the apartment after 3 reminders, without refunding the fee payed for the stay.

Korzystanie z usług Apartamentu POZYTYWNEGO APARTAMENTU PRZY RYNKU stanowi akceptację niniejszego regulaminu.

The use of the services of the POSITIVE APARTMENT przy Rynku constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
